Priddy ISD will be hosting a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Stakeholder Meeting on Monday, September 22nd at 4:00 PM in the Teacher’s Lounge.
This meeting will provide a brief overview of the TIA program and an opportunity to discuss the multiple options available for our district. The Teacher Incentive Allotment is designed to reward and retain effective teachers, while ultimately benefiting our students through stronger instruction and support.
Whether you’re a parent, staff member, or community partner, your input matters as we explore the best path forward for Priddy ISD.

🏆 6th Grader – Cayson Seider
Cayson is an outstanding student who wears many hats! He serves as a Varsity Football Manager, making sure our players stay hydrated and ready to go. On top of that, he plays basketball, tennis, runs track, and participates in UIL competitions. His hard work and dedication show in everything he does. When he grows up, Cayson dreams of becoming a Police Officer — and we know he’ll be a great one!
🏆 8th Grader – Khloe Seider
Khloe is another all-star who serves as a Varsity Football Manager, and you’ll often see her on the sidelines under those Friday night lights. She’s a multi-sport athlete involved in basketball, track, cross country, and tennis. Khloe plans to pursue a career as a cosmetologist, and with her passion and talent, we know she’ll shine!
🔧 Employee of the Month – Mr. Brandon Buffe
There’s no job too big or too small for Mr. Buffe, our go-to “Mr. Fix It”! Whether he’s clearing land on a bulldozer, fixing late-night water leaks, building custom handrails, or making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — Mr. Buffe does it all with pride and excellence. He often solves problems before anyone even knows they exist, and we’re beyond grateful for his dedication to Priddy ISD.
🌟 A huge thank you to The Pantry for treating our Students of the Month to a complimentary lunch! The kids were all smiles and absolutely loved their special meal. 🍽️💛
