🏀 GAME ON! The 5:00 PM boys basketball game at home vs. Zephyr will be played today!
Pirate Nation, as much as it grieves me to announce this, school will be closed once again tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th. While some of our roads are passable, many are still just not. the safety of each and every Pirate is foremost in my thinking as I make these difficult decision. I appreciate your patience and support during this time.

We have been monitoring the weather and road conditions continually since this cold front has hit. In the interest of safety for all Priddy Pirates, we have made the decision to close school on Monday, January 26, 2026. I want you to know that we do not make decisions such as these lightly, but with much thought and collaboration.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision concerning Tuesday as soon as we are able. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety of students, staff, and families.

We are incredibly proud to recognize Heavenly Arreola, Addie Buffe, Camila Sanchez, and Kinlee Mize for their acceptance into the Priddy ISD Gifted & Talented Program!
These students will be challenged with higher-level, complex problem-solving activities, project-based learning, and engaging opportunities that include investigations, debates, and presentations. Their learning will also feature advanced problem-solving experiences such as logic puzzles, case studies, and strategic thinking, all designed to stretch their minds and help them reach their full potential.
Way to go, ladies! We can’t wait to see you think, question, create, and lead.

Kids did well today! Here are the results from the Ag Mech show:

The Ag Mech kids are down in Kerrville today at the Hill District Grandstand showing off their projects. Wyatt Frazier competed in the cutting torch contest where he made it back for the second round; we even got some of our advisors in on the contest!
ATTENTION Pirate fans, mark you calendars! Your Lady Pirates have picked up a HOME game vs the Gorman Lady Panthers. The game is scheduled for January 30th at 6pm. We will be recognizing our two seniors right after the game. Come out and support these two amazing young ladies as they play one last time in our home gym 💙🏀
