Superintendent's Message

Welcome to Priddy ISD!

My name is Dr. Cindy Woody, and I am delighted to serve as the Superintendent of Priddy Independent School District. Our district is located in the heart of Texas in the beautiful Texas hill country and maintains an enrollment of approximately 115 students in grades PreK-12. I am a lifelong educator who has been married to my husband, John, for 34 years. We have a beautiful family that consists of two sons, one daughter, a son-in-law, and two of the cutest little grandsons anyone ever saw. We are blessed! 

I serve alongside a talented team of Priddy educators and staff who share a common goal of creating phenomenal opportunities for our students. Our district offers a fantastic balance of academics, athletics, ag programs, technology, advanced studies, and fine arts opportunities. We have one principal, Mr. Bucky Bates. You can expect us to be strict yet fair, firm but kind, realistic while being forward-thinking, and structured yet fun and lively. We share the community's goal to prepare polite, educated, well-rounded, level-headed, top performers with an outstanding work ethic, community pride, and love for God and country.
